Returns Policy 

You must notify us of your intent to return items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, and you must ship the item within 10 days after that. In case of a damaged item or incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. 
Shipping costs and time are estimated based on your shipping address and the weight of the order, and should be automatically calculated at checkout. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Insurance is always added to shipmentsand orders over $100 will require a signature. We are not responsible for stolen goods. 

Tuition Refund Policies

For general classes and workshops: 

There will be a 10% processing fee for all refunded or transferred tuition; minimum fee will be $35. 

  • Tuition must be paid in advance to reserve space in a class or workshop unless otherwise stated in class write up. 

  • Tuition will not be refunded for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the first class date unless a replacement is seated. Processing fee applies. 

  • Tuition will not be refunded once classes have started. 

For Master Classes and classes taught by guest instructors: 

There will be a $100.00 processing fee for all refunded or transferred tuition for guest instructors and master classes taught at Art Glass Depot. 

  • Tuition must be paid in full by the balance due date or seat will be forfeited. 

  • Tuition will not be refunded for cancellations or transfers made after the balance due date unless a replacement is seated. Processing fee applies. 

  • Tuition will not be refunded once classes have started.
